About Me
Hello everyone, I just wanted to create this little page in case anyone was curious as to who I am/what I do. I'll start off with the fact I'm 19 years old as of 2016. Yes yes, I know you all must be thinking "What has gotten into this kids head if he thinks he can build an airplane!" Well you're probably right, but it sure wont stop me from trying! Throughout high school I was heavily involved with the Patriots Jet Team, a privately owned and funded jet formation aerobatic demonstration team, who introduced me to the world of Aerobatics along with many other invaluable experiences and opportunities. They put me on the right path and helped me achieve everything I've accomplished today. Randy if you're reading this, thank you, none of this could have ever been possible without your support and patience over these past years.
I started my flight training at 15 in California and solo'd my (1/4 share) Cessna 150 on my 16th birthday. After passing my PPL checkride and finishing high school, I went off to Arizona where I went to ATP and completed all my ratings up to and including MEI. The ATP-R still eludes me as I have another 2 years before I'm eligible to take the checkride. Upon completing my flight instructor certificates I was generously offered a job position at the University of North Dakota to instruct at their satellite campus near Phoenix Arizona. Since then I have accepted the challenge of building an aircraft, a dream of mine since I was 15. To me, this project isn't about the end product, its about the journey and experience I will gain and the friends I will make over these next few years. I hope you enjoy the pictures and site, feel free to contact me any time via the messenger below. -Sean Holzmuller
